A New Gem For Liberty Coach
As the spring selling season winds down, Liberty Coach is once again in its familiar position far ahead of the field, this year with a little help from their friends at Emerald Luxury Coaches.
The Texas-based company, an independent venture from Outlaw Conversions’ John Walker, has the distinction of offering the lowest priced Prevost bus conversions on the market. And they’re proving to be a valuable addition for Liberty Coach, which has been providing sales and dealership services for Emerald since 2015.
“Emerald is unique in the Prevost space for a couple of reasons,” said Liberty V.P. and managing partner Frank Konigseder Jr. “First, there’s the price. Because the Emerald is built on the X3 platform, it’s considerably less expensive – up to $1 million or even more – than comparable H3-45-based coaches.
“Second and no less important is the quality of the workmanship,” he continued. “As anyone who’s ever seen an Outlaw trailer conversion knows, John Walker’s work is second to none. And his coaches include some features features – like the Crestron remote control system with iPad interface – that many higher-priced brands don’t offer.”
Liberty has sold two Emerald models so far this year and currently lists two more for sale on the Liberty Coach website, including one of Emerald’s first 2017 coaches, Stock No. 5859. Built on a 45-foot Prevost X3 chassis, the coach boasts a spacious double-slide floorplan packed with a full array of premium features, including a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Bosch washer/dryer, 4 roof-mounted A/C systems and a state-of-the-art LED lighting system.
The Emerald 5859 is now on display at Liberty Coach of Florida in Stuart, which is located just south of Port St. Lucie on the Atlantic Coast.
